Drawing upon current social shifts which recognise that the consumer system is quite broken, No Reasonable Offer Refused brings together object-based and performance projects that will explore if, and how, it is possible to reshape acts of commerce and exchange. This involves gestures that do not exclude the artist from the activities of the market, but instead actively use this system as a medium that can be negotiated.

No Reasonable Offer Refused will present alternative, symbolic economic interventions that address ideas relating to the efficient usage of disposable products; the reclamation of commodities that are already in mass circulation; and collaborative lifestyles that trade tangible assets such as skills, space, time, knowledge and money.
